Dr.Shaista E. Khilji

Prof Khilji has developed, designed, and taught more than 50 undergrad, graduate, and doctoral classes at public and private universities in Canada, Pakistan, Singapore, Vietnam, Hong Kong, Morocco, and the United States. In addition, she has designed and delivered executive education programs for business professionals, state/federal employees, and faculty members globally.  She has received several teaching awards, including GW's prestigious Morton A. Bender Teaching Award. In 2026, the Northeastern Association of Graduate Schools (NAGS) awarded her the Graduate Faculty Teaching Award (Doctoral Level). She is the Founding Program Director for GW's Organizational Leadership and Learning. In this role, she completely redesigned the Master's program and developed it for online delivery.
